Under My Umbrella

A little preview for ya guys. <3 This is from one of the many projects I'm working on. Making a short hetalia fan animation to the song "Einsamkeit", which is Germany's character song.

This is Italy with an umbrella, which will be appearing at about the "Kokoro wo hiraki, toki hanachitai. Kimi ga iru kara, boku de irareru... (My heart is opening, I want to be set free. Because you are here, I can be myself...)" part.

I'm happy with the way Italy turned out, but the umbrella looks like crap. They make good props, but they're so hard to draw! D:

And Germany is (as always) a pain to draw.

Though the ending results will only be about 30-40 secs long, I just winde up killing myself before it's finished.

Wish me luck in finishing this.

Side note: The final verison is a lot darker and rainier; this is just a nice picture to give ya a taste.
